What Is Your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We’re flexible. For stock discs, MOQ typically starts at 50 pieces per model; a mixed starter order is usually 50–100 discs across 5–10 models. Smaller trial orders can often be arranged. For custom stamping, MOQ is usually 100–200 discs per design; OEM/private-label and new molds are higher. Tell us your models and quantities and we’ll propose the most economical batch.
Are Your Discs PDGA Approved?
We carry both PDGA-approved discs and non-approved practice discs. Approval status is listed per model. If you need discs for sanctioned tournaments, tell us upfront and we’ll only recommend approved options; for clubs, schools, and practice runs, non-approved models are usually more cost-effective.
Can You Do Custom Stamps Or Branding?
Yes. Hot stamp (foil) and pad print are both available. Send vector artwork (AI/EPS/SVG preferred) and we handle mockup, tooling, and production. Custom stamping usually adds 7–14 days to production lead time, depending on design complexity and quantity. For sets and private label we also support custom colors, retail packaging, and logos.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Production: stock discs without printing 5–7 working days; stock plus custom stamping 7–15 working days; mixed starter sets 10–18 working days; new molds/private label are quoted case by case. Shipping after production: express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) 5–10 business days, air freight 10–15 business days, sea freight 25–40 days. Final timeline depends on order size, customization, and destination.
Do You Dropship?
We don’t do individual-consumer dropshipping. For wholesale B2B we can ship direct to your customers, warehouses, Amazon FBA, or multiple retail locations. Tell us your fulfillment model and we’ll plan cartons, labels, and tracking accordingly.
What payment methods do you accept?
Wire transfer (T/T) for most B2B orders, PayPal for samples and smaller orders, and major trade-assurance platforms. Standard terms are usually 30% deposit to start and 70% before shipment; terms can be adjusted for established repeat buyers.
