Custom printed flying discs process
Confirm requirements:
Contact customer service to determine the customized weight, дизайн, disc color, количество, and price (for some patterns that require customization agreements, you need to sign them).
Send materials:
Send the source file to the designer’s email. Note special requirements in the email. Priority is given to vector source files. The picture clarity should be no less than 300 DPI.
Output and confirmation of effect diagram:
The designer produces an effect diagram. After confirming the effect, arrange the production schedule. (The customer service will send you a confirmation message. You must reply with “confirmed” in the chat window after checking and ensuring it is correct before it will be finalized and enter production. After confirmation, modifications are no longer supported.)
Production and shipping timeliness:
For custom frisbees of 50 or fewer, they are generally dispatched within 24 hours after finalization. In case of public holidays or holidays, the corresponding number of days will be postponed. For more than 50 custom frisbees, confirm the construction period with customer service.
NOTES
① Frisbee design file:
We can revise the effect diagram for you up to three times (without participating in pattern design modifications). Fluorescent colors and halos cannot be printed.
② Design materials:
For custom services, please ensure that there is no infringement of others’ intellectual property rights.
③ Product technology:
For custom printed flying discs, full-color technology is the default. Full-color UV printing is CMYK printing. Slight color differences are normal. A printing error within 2mm for the frisbee pattern is considered a normal qualified product. Do not place an order if you mind.
④Discounts and after-sales service:
Customized products do not participate in any discount activities. Non-quality issues do not accept returns within seven days without reason.
